Morillo Beach House

The house has two large bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a large screened in terrace. There is A/C and a full bath in each bedroom and a half bath in hallway near the living room. Living room and kitchen is a “great room” and kitchen has beautiful granite counters and beautiful solid wood cabinets. There is a large laundry/pantry room off the kitchen area. The terrace is fully screened in. so one can use it when the at all times of day and still be comfy. There are 10 ceiling fans throughout the house and terrace. There is also an unattached guest house (about 315 sq. ft.) that has one large bedroom/living room combo, A/C, a full bath and a wooden, railed porch. A beautiful walkway down to a bluff has been installed directly above the ocean and has a spectacular views. The house is a total of 2500 square feet. There is a large single car garage with steel mesh window covering and lockable doors. The main house, guest house and garage have tongue and grooved hardwood ceilings. The house is built on a bluff directly on the Pacific Ocean and has a view of the Pacific to the West and the mountains to the East, and sits on a 3600 square meter lot (almost 1 acre). The house comes fully furnished including stainless steel appliances and Maytag washer/dryer, bedding, towels, and everything in the house goes with it.
